NAZRA NAWAZ

Nazra Nawaz is working as PhD student under the supervision of Dr. Maqsood Ahmed. Her work is focused on the crystal engineering and charge density analysis of sulphonamide drugs.

AQSA BILAL

Aqsa did her MPhil under the supervision of Dr. Maqsood Ahmed and currently she is pursuing her PhD where she is exploring electrostatic properties of new pharmaceutical cocrystals via high resolution X-rays crystallography methods. She has also been selected a regular faculty member in the Institute of Chemistry, IUB.

ALIA IQBAL

She joined Material Chemistry Laboratory in 2017 to pursue her M.Phil where she has been working on the enhancement of the physicochemical, mechanical properties of pharmaceutical drugs. She uses diffraction and thermal techniques to characterize the materials. She defended her MPhil thesis on 10-12-2019. Currently She is working as a PhD scholar under the supervision of Dr. Maqsood Ahmed. She has also been appointed as a regular faculty member in the institute of chemistry.

Infal successfully defended her MPhil thesis on 09-11-2019 under the supervision of Dr. Maqsood Ahmed and currently she is working as a PhD scholar.

Muhammad Jahanzaib Faiz

Muhammad Jahanzaib Faiz is currently pursuing his PhD degree and working as research assistant in Material Chemistry Laboratory (MCL) under NRPU project entitled “Design and Development of Improved Anti-malarial Drugs through Multi-Component Pharmaceutical Material (MPM’s) approach” funded by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.

He is being supervised by Dr. Sajida Noureen and co-supervised by Dr. Maqsood Ahmed.
